Penny is absolutely bloody amazing. Although I live a fair way away, her work is worth the trip. The knowledge, friendliness and absolute honesty you get is greatly appreciated. Walked in with loooooong hair and walked out with the cut I wanted, the colour I always wanted but was told elsewhere it wouldn't happen, and a massive grin from ear to ear. Highly recommended Penny for everything hair. Thank you and I can't wait to see you again soon :)

I booked this place via Groupon , the staff is welcoming and friendly.Got my color and cut done , they did it perfectly and outcome was amazing .They have regular come backs from their clients and they deal all of them as person not a client .Would definitely recommend them.

I went into the hair dresser with my pre bought RED extensions ($150) and asked for my hair to be dyed and colour matched to the extensions. I walked out in hysterical tears because my hair was dyed a black/red/purple colour no where near the colour red of the extensions. I was then told that I was wrong when I said the colours didn’t match and that in the sun it was the same colour. Which is not true! When I confronted them about a refund or redye/fix up nothing was offered to me and instead I was told I was being unfair for even asking. I paid $140 for this! I walked out devastated and out of pocket on a service that was suppose to be professional! I now have $150 hair extensions I can’t even wear because they’ve not matched he colours correctly! As well as the damage to my hair now because of the two bleach baths that were clearly pointless. I’m extremely upset and disappointed.The photos attached are - red hair (extensions) the black hair is my real hair that they dyed. I am only an apprentice! I saved for this - so naturally I’m devastated that I’ve paid good money for something that is just so wrong when it’s their job to get it right

They were great. Half head of foils was more like a full head. Listened to what I wanted and I left very happy. So happy in fact I bought a voucher for my friend for her birthday and she was also amazed at how many foils she got for a half head of foils. Would highly recommend.

Such a good hairdresser, I won’t go anywhere else now that I’ve found them. Always come out with a really good cut and they are reasonable prices :)

Visited this salon yesterday for the first time and will definitely return. Gemma was friendly and an experienced stylist.Absolutely happy with my colour and cut. I used a Groupon voucher, which was well worth the $59 I paid.Thanks Gemma.

Horrible at doing perms, have had it for a week and it looks like i've had it for 2 months some parts of my hair is also straight which makes my perm look strange. Wouldnt recommend for perms

This is the best hairdresser I have been to! Affordable prices, friendly staff. Also, very knowledgeable, precise when cutting hair! I highly recommend getting a haircut here!
